The condition of NHS maternity services is deteriorating and becoming more dangerous for pregnant women across the UK.
A shocking figure revealed that 2 in 3 maternity units are being deemed as unsafe according to the Care Quality Commission.
Officials ranked 67% of services as inadequate or requiring improvement, which is an increase of 55% from last year’s rankings.
