Andrew obtained a BA Honours in Criminology at Manchester Met University and subsequently worked at Premier Medical / Capita Reporting for 12 months.  He made the move back to Manchester to join UKExpertMedical in 2013, enthusiastic to head the Industrial Disease Team at a progressive and ambitious company.

Andrew likes to be involved in all aspects of his department, from the management of financials (for both sales and purchase costs), forming and maintaining close relationships with customers and suppliers as well as ensuring the smooth running of operations within the team and beyond. 

Assisting with the management of the wider team is extremely important and he has 100% trust and faith in the team managers and team to provide the fantastic service that UKExpertMedical prides itself on.

Andrew thrives off having a target for himself and the team and sets high standards for the team and himself to follow.  Understanding the needs of the team and individuals is also extremely important to ensure he gets the best out of the department. 

Andrew enjoys social activities for the team every few months in order to spend some time with colleagues outside office hours.
