Rachel Orme

Rachel’s two previous roles before UKExpertMedical were in retail banking with HSBC and Westpac (Australia). She worked in various management roles in customer service, processing centres and training, managing teams with responsibilities including development of staff, performance management and sales targets.  

She joined UKE in the first year of the company, where, working with the two founding directors, her financial background served as an integral part of its early success.

Her role at UKExpertMedical involves managing the cash flow of four companies, financial information, budgeting and negotiating payments- a combination which requires drive and determination. She additionally supervises staff to ensure budgets are met and produces management information for the MD.  

Rachel enjoys working with a young vibrant team that never stands still and motivating staff to ensure they achieve. 

Outside of her job, Rachel is mother to two sons who are now embarking on their own careers in the field of finance.
