Introducing Our Teams
Clinical Negligence Team
The Clinical Negligence Team here at UKExpertMedical consists of years of experience in this field. Led by Head of Department Alex Pett and Team Manager Izzy Winn, we’re lucky to have such a knowledgeable and dedicated team of file handlers. Having experienced individuals coming from a mixture of medical and/or legal backgrounds, has enabled this department to have all skills and expertise required to service at an exceptional standard. The Clinical Negligence department work with experts nationwide to deliver medico legal reports including:
- Clinical negligence
- Birthing injury
- Dental negligence
- Brain injury
- Orthopaedic injury
- Misdiagnosis
- GP errors
- Surgical negligence
Personal Injury Team
The Personal Injury Team is led by Head of Department Beth and Team Manager Daniel. Nothing is too much for our PI team and they will be on hand for whatever you need throughout the whole claims process – they’re a friendly team who pride themselves in delivering a personalised service that will leave you feeling confident that your claim is being dealt with appropriately and in a timely manner. The Personal Injury Department provide reports on the following:
- Road traffic accidents
- Employer liability
- Public liability
- Product liability
- Serious injury
- Criminal injury
- Housing Disrepair
Medical Records Team
Our Medical Records Team has grown in recent months and is overseen by Head of Department Carrie Hopkinson. The Medical Records team are a group of highly experienced Medical Record Analysts and have extensive background in their field which produces high quality, attention to detail analysis. The Medical Records team deliver:
- Screening Medical Records for prospects at the first instance
- Collation, pagination &indexing of medical records
- Chronologies and Letter of Instructions
- Day to day queries from other team members and questions from The Solicitors/Experts.
Industrial Disease Team
The Industrial Disease Team is the biggest department at UKExpertMedical – Andrew Walker as the Head and Lee Hardy as the Team Manager. A dedicated team which cover many areas of Industrial Disease including (to name a few):
- Respiratory disease
- Asbestosis
- Mesothelioma
- Dermatitis
- Vibration White Finger (HAVS)
- Noise Induced Hearing Loss

Our Christmas gathering in December, allowed us to reflect on 2021 and celebrate another successful year with the team. We also held our prestigious awards ceremony in which the winners were:
