The management team went to Switzerland to visit our investors who gave them a warm welcome in the snow! The trip was a huge success as both parties reviewed how the previous year went, our plans for the future and reflected on a successful 2022.

This longstanding relationship has had a huge impact on the growth of the company in the last few years and keeps improving.  With continuous growth and constant improvement in every area of the business, as a company, we’re looking forward to what the future holds.

National Apprenticeship Week

Saffron (Medico-legal assistant) Charlotte (Medico-legal assistant) Jade (File Handler) Tom (Trainee Finance Assistant)

The 6th to the 12th of February was National Apprenticeship Week, and over the years, UKEM  have had the privilege to provide opportunities to many apprentices and see them grow into exceptional individuals. We were glad to celebrate yet another year with the entire apprenticeship community and look forward to seeing these young people expand their skillsets and keep achieving great things. Here’s what their superiors had to say about them:

Rachael (Head of Finance): “Tom joined the team in September and has adapted well to the role. He has an excellent work ethic, always punctual and a 100% attendance record.Works tirelessly through endless tasks he has been given and works with minimum error and supervision – a real asset to the team.”

Alex (Head of Medical Negligence): “We currently have 3 Apprentices working within the Clin Neg Dept: Jade, Charlotte and Saffron.Since starting they have all individually brought an unrivalled enthusiasm and work-ethic to the team, which has undoubtedly helped the department recently achieve above projected levels. They all bring a unique approach to their respective roles, but their individual and collective importance to our team cannot be underestimated, and I’m very grateful for all their hard work.”

A huge welcome to Kelly, Emma and Rachel

We’re delighted to welcome three new members in our Med Rec team, joining our Lincoln office. It’s been a great start to the year with new starters who are eager to learn and become part of what’s considered as an integral part of the business. It’s always a pleasure to welcome new faces here at UKEM and we hope to keep growing as the year proceeds.
